Peter and Marion are a  Zenith Prowler and  Luna Ragdoll duo found at the Guild. They are the sentries for Maven's guild, and the current temporary shopkeepers of the Guild Shop.

Peter	My mother—er… Maven, I mean. She’s working on a shop for you right now in the Guild. It’s her current pet project. I mean, what she’s currently barking at us to do. She’s got me helping her build it, even though I keep telling her I’m busy… oh well.
Marion	Oh, it’s not that bad! It’s good reason to keep you away from your studies for once.
Peter	Yeah, well… in any case. You need stuff, yeah? here’s a collection of items she’s ordered us to offer passerbys while we work on a permanent settlement. It’s fine, it’s not like I have anything better to do I guess…
