The Caric is a Companion.
This companion was designed by a Kickstarter backer and illustrated by site artists Remmie and Hydde.
It resembles a kid goat with a large, flat tail reminiscent of a beaver. Lining its back and legs are small plates of the same scaly hide as its tail. Its front legs are powerful, with long claws suitable for digging. It is coloured in natural shades of browns and tans.
