The Tuxedo Gene is an overcoat gene.
The design of this gene greatly resembles tuxedo, or bicolor, cats.
Cats with this gene have coverage from the Solid overcoat, with the addition of undercoat coverage in a typical tuxedo cat patterning. Like Solid, the values of this pattern change from color to color.
With the Tuxedo gene, a cat's undercoat is visible on their lower half of their face, chest, legs, and underbelly.
