The Sol Stone is a transformation stone linked to the Sol borough.
When used on a mystic breed (excluding Prancers) or Snowfoot, it will transform that cat into a Prancer. When used on a domestic breed (excluding Snowfoots) or Prancer, it will transform that cat into a Snowfoot.
