Template:Delete/doc

Usage

Add {{Delete}} to a page to mark it as a candidate for deletion, it is suggested a reason is provided when calling this template. Pages marked for deletion should be unnecessary. Such as duplicate files, or pages created from vandalism.

Any page that transcludes this template is added to Category:Candidates for deletion.

Note: Using this template does not delete a page, it only adds it to the category "Candidates for deletion". Only editors with special permissions may delete pages. See mw:Help:User rights and groups for information about user groups and permissions.
