Zenith catfolk are carefree. The catfolk have clairvoyance due to living so close to the stars, but this allows them to go with the flow of life rather than worry about the future. There is little novelty to the gift for them. Mother Time is a sort of deity, and they believe she guides their lives. Zenith cats will not attempt to challenge fate. Some catfolk refrain from practicing their future-sight and relish in the surprises that await them.

The Zenith cats are very happy to help others, and even those who are avoidant of clairvoyance will use their power to help others, especially if that other is young. Their willingness to share visions comes off as haughty to envious non-Zenith catfolk, but their predictions are still followed.  
Yet, the average Zenith citizen is both competitive and friendly, if not a tad feather-brained. Getting a straight answer out of an eclectic Zenith cat can be as challenging as getting a kit off of milk.  


Zenith cats love competition and values the unpredictability of outcomes. They are happy to compete or simply spectate any sort of race. However, most catfolk in Zenith do not take joy in gambling and see it as a waste of money, as they've already seen all of the ways that a gamble could end.
Zenith is known for its sports and physical amusement, both more passionate and proudly entertaining than the brutal and often bloody competitions of Sol. Cats travel far and wide to view Zenith’s friendly sparring, games of feather ball, and traditional olympics. Zenith cats are thrill-seekers at heart, but with a cultural respect for not only fun, but safety.
 
Those blessed, or cursed, to bear witness to the future are often made leaders, sentries, and weathermen, gifted with great responsibility to deliver security to their citizens. It is a tumultuous fate, but one which the cultural emphasis on community protection pushes the catfolk of Zenith to seek.

The Zenith Borough is one of seven Boroughs. They are heavily linked to the air and clairvoyance.

The Zenith breeds are yet to be announced. Any cats born under this Borough have yellow or teal eyes.

Lore

Location

The Zenith territory is a tall mountain range that has been carved with homes for the cats to reside in. Many of the rock constructs have been carved into so the wind will blow melodies into it. Despite the high territory, many non-winged cats still call the Borough home with roads of nets allowing for travel across cliffs.

Tensions

The Zenith Borough is not noted to have animosity towards any particular Borough. The Metropolis does rely on them for predictions of weather or stock markets, but can be frustrated as the catfolk rarely give a straight answer.
