The {{PAGENAME}} is a long staff with a decorated sphere seat at it's top. Fanned metallic wings are present on either side of the sphere. Colorful designs are present on the sphere, include a cat with closed eyes, a heart, and plant-like patterns.  


This clothing could only be acquired through the backing of the Monarch Tier or higher, making it exclusive to the [[Kickstarter]].

* Rewarded to [[Kickstarter]] backers who pledged to the $80 USD Monarch Tier, purchased the Monarch Bundle add-on, or pledged to a higher tier. This item has since retired, and can no longer be obtained outside of player [[trading]] or the [[Flea Market]].
